It is the mission of Netdeals LLC (hereafter referred to as “netdealshop.com, Net Deals Shop, we, our, us”) to always provide our customers (hereafter referred to as “you”) with products of the highest quality and high-level customer support.
To ensure our customers receive the best service, this return and refund policy describes how returns and refunds are handled. We make it our priority to ensure that any returned item is handled in a manner that is convenient for both the customer and us. Convenience is expressed in terms of the speed at which items can be returned, as well as tracking the status of the item to reduce delays and issue refunds where applicable.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation of orders is permitted until they have been shipped. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order you have already paid for. Once the order has already been processed and the package has been assigned to the third-party logistics service in charge of the delivery, it is no longer at the level of our warehouse, so cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns
If you want to return an item for any reason, you can do so within thirty (30) days from the delivery date.
To return an item, please follow the process explained below to avoid delays. To ensure proper tracking of the returned item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can provide you with a return reference. The return reference enables us to maintain proper tracking of return items to avoid delays or losses. The reference also helps to ensure that the item is returned to the right fulfillment center, from where it was shipped out. Note that we have fulfilment centers across different states and an item returned to the wrong fulfillment center can lead to delays or loss of the item.
You can request the return reference by sending an email to [email protected]. Your email should have the following information for easy reference:
- Subject: Request for Return Reference for Order (Write Order Number Here)
- State the reason for the return.
- If damaged, include images of the damaged item.
By providing these details, we can process your request quickly.
When the return reference is received, write it on the return label before returning the item. Upon dispatch, email us the tracking reference so we can track your return. Returned products should be returned ONLY to the address provided by us, following your email.
Reject Delivery
If the item you ordered arrives damaged, you can refuse delivery.
Before rejecting the delivery, please take pictures of the damaged item and send them to us at [email protected] so we can follow up the issue with the logistic service provider. Upon receiving an item returned for rejection, a replacement will be sent to you, or a refund will be issued.
Exchanges (if applicable)
It is only possible to replace damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [email protected] so that we can provide you with further instructions on how to return the item. In addition, we cannot accept exchanges after thirty (30) days from the item’s delivery date.
Return To No Reason
If you change your mind and no longer require the item without cause, you may cancel the order within 24 hours (if not yet processed and assigned to the third-party logistics service in charge of the delivery) of payment and receive a full refund. If the item has been shipped, you should be patient until it has been delivered, and then you can return it according to the return procedure. In such a case, the returned item may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item’s purchase price.
Refunds
We will issue refunds for items returned to us unused, in their original packaging, and not physically damaged. The accessories you received with the item should also be returned.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email confirming the receipt of the returned item.
You will receive an email informing you of the status of replacing the item or issuing a refund. All refunds will be made to the original method of payment that you used for the payment of the item. We cannot accept and issue a refund to any other account or credit card that is different from the one you used for the payment of the item.
When you receive an email notification of the refund, please be patient, as it can take between three and five business days for your account to be credited.
Non-Refundable Items
If you return the product(s) entirely for your own reason, you will bear the cost of shipping and assume the risk of loss or damage to the return during transit back to our warehouse.
These charges include shipping charges, handling fees, and the cost of gift wrapping. Kindly note that taxes paid for the item (such as state tax, customs charges, or value-added tax) are not refundable.
Returned items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts may not be refunded. To avoid such an inconvenience, please ensure that you return all items in their original condition and with all accessories.
Sale items
Some sales items may not be refunded. If you bought an item that is on special promotion, or end of series sale, please contact us as soon as possible to know if it can be returned and refunded.
What is Your Refund is Not Received?
A refund is likely to take several days to appear on your account. If you have not received a refund within 3-5 days of receiving our email notification of the refund, please contact your credit card company first. If you contact them, please let us know if the issue has been resolved. If not resolve, we can follow up from our end to have the situation resolved for you.
