WHICH WAREHOUSE WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED FROM?
Items are shipped from the warehouse that has the shortest delivery lead time to your destination. We have inventory in the USA, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, and Asia.
The USA warehouses ships to the 48 continental states. We are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
The United kingdom warehouse ships to UK destinations, excluding remote areas, including Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Ilse of Man. For the United Kingdom remote areas, we are unable to provide standard free shipping. These areas include:

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST? FREE SHIPPING
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. Shipping costs can vary from item to item depending on the warehouse from which it is shipped and the destination. However, we are offering FREE SHIPPING to customers. Therefore, now, we ship your orders at no cost to you.
Orders are shipped through third-party logistic service providers using standard shipping. Deliveries in the USA are done mostly through USPS and occasionally through UPS shipping and FedEx shipping. We currently offer standard free shipping, so you are not charged for shipment.
CAN AN ORDER TO DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
Yes, we do ship to international destinations! On the product, you can see some of the countries in which we have warehouses, and orders from outside of the USA will be shipped from there. Note that not all items listed in this store can be shipped to all destinations.
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.
If you are ordering an item that is not in a warehouse in your country, note that the item may be subject to your country’s customs duty and other taxes upon arrival. Please check well before you place the order.
Orders shipped from warehouses within your country will not be subject to any duties or taxes upon delivery.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with the updated order status.
Shipping times vary depending on the warehouse from which the order ships, and the destination. The average delivery lead times are listed below.

In the USA only deliver to the 48 continental states. We do not deliver destinations outside the 48 continental states, such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or the Military bases.
For deliveries to PO Box address, please ensure that the number is listed. If you have any doubt, please send us an email at [email protected] and will check and confirm that your order can be delivered to the address.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING INFORMATION
When an order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you provided at the time of ordering your item. You will also receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email, or in a separate email. Sometimes due to free shipping, tracking information may not be available.
Where the tracking number is available, you can track the progress of your order in transit using the tracking number. Note that it can take up to 3 days before the tracking information is updated. Kindly be patient if your tracking information is not yet updated within 1-3 days from the day of shipping confirmation notification.
ITEM DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
If you receive your package and it has been damaged in transit, please notify the carrier, and inform us. We will work with the find to have your item replaced.
WHAT IF THE ITEM IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
If the tracking information of your order shows that the item is delivered while it has not been effectively delivered, contact the carrier as soon as possible and notify us as well. There are two possibilities for such a situation:
- Lost because of a failed delivery by the delivery service: If it is established that the delivery service delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your order.
- Lost due to wrong address: When ordering an item, ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct. If an item is lost or not delivered because the wrong address was provided during ordering, we would not be able to replace the item, nor make a refund.
DELIVERY FAILURE AND PACKAGE RETURNED TO WAREHOUSE
To ensure that your order is delivered, please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. If the item is returned to us because the carrier was unable to deliver it due to a wrong address provided during ordering, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. You will pay for the delivery charges before the item is reshipped to you. To avoid such inconvenience, please double-check and ensure that your address is correct.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER SHIPPING AN ORDER
When an order is processed and shipped, it will not be possible to change the delivery address.
